Private Home Coaching

Our Private Home Coaching offers personal training in the comfort of your home! Please note that clients must live in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, or Chesapeake to be eligible for this program. All monthly prices shown below are based on ONE SESSION PER WEEK. You are welcome to add more sessions, but please note that doing so will increase your total monthly payment.

• 1 month: $400 ($100/session)
• 3 months: $1000 ($83/session)
• 6 months: $2000 ($83/session)
